Hand Woven Eco-friendly Zapotec Rugs.
These rugs are 100% organic dyed and 100% sheep wool.

The colors come from various vegetables, such as red comes from Cochinilla (a scale insect that is fed on the cactus). Blue comes from Indigo plant. Yellow comes from a wild flower called Pericon.

With these three basic color we are able to mix the concentration of each element to create another colors like green, purple, orange, and more. These colors are permanent.

They do not bleed, Each Rug is unique because each weaver impregnated his or her own style and creativity on it. These rugs can be used as wall hanging, table runners or as carpets.
